We regularly do visit to our customer’s office. We visit their plants also and review our machineries. If required, we do / advice some maintenance task. We want to maintain great relationships with those we do business with.

In current world, seller is only interested till the delivery. Till the delivery, seller chases the buyer and after delivery buyer chases the dealer for support & service.

But it’s different in our case. Once we have delivered goods, we have established a very strong relationship with our valued customer and provide after sales service. We do regular visit to our customer plants, check our equipment, do routine maintenance (if required or on demand by customer).

We do Annual Maintenance Contract – AMC according to customer’s requirement or business needs.

Many times our customer call us and request us to visit their plants i.e. while shut down of their plant/refinery, in case of emergency etc. In such cases, we do visit their plant and extend our support / service.

• Supplier of Chilled Cast Iron (CCI) crusher rollers.
• Fabrication of gratings, grills etc.
